Gamify is a digital platform that helps youth organisations create and manage projects, engage participants through gamification, and produce transparent project results. It brings project management, agendas, attendance, activities, points, leaderboards, evaluations and reporting together in one system.
Any youth project, at any scale — local, national, regional or international. It supports Erasmus+ formats such as Youth Exchanges and Training Courses, as well as community-based programmes and local activities. More details on the Who it's For page.
Create an organisation account if you will set up and manage projects. Create a personal account if you will join projects as a participant or deliver them as a youth worker.
Yes. One personal account is enough — your role is set per project, so you can be a participant in one project and a youth worker in another.
By invitation from the organisation or youth worker, sent as a link or QR code. You accept the invitation and you're in — project access is only possible through an invitation.
Build the agenda and activities, open activities at the right time, run attendance and voting, validate submissions, and follow participation as the project runs.
Create projects, appoint youth workers, invite participants, manage all activities from one dashboard, and export results for reporting.
No. Scores are calculated automatically from the rules of the project's scoring version, which keeps results consistent and auditable.
The project leaderboard ranks people within a single project. The global leaderboard shows standing across all projects on the platform.
No. You can use an anonymous alias instead of your real name if you prefer.
Only what you choose to share on your profile, plus your project activity such as points and rank. Personal reflections are never public.
Data is handled in line with GDPR, access is role-based so people only see what they need, and learning outcomes are measured from aggregated, anonymous responses.
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data — contact the Gamify team and the request will be handled in line with the privacy policy.

Gamify is a digital platform that helps rural youth organizations create and manage projects, engage participants and youth workers through responsible gamification, and produce transparent, measurable project results.
To make youth work more engaging, accessible, measurable and credible through responsible digital technology — supporting youth organizations without ever replacing the human relationships, non-formal education and participation that make rural youth work meaningful.
Gamify was born from real youth-work experience and international cooperation, and keeps growing with partner organizations, youth workers and young people.
Gamify was initiated under the "Gamifying Youth Work" project, supported by the International Visegrad Fund. Organisations from Georgia, Ukraine, Poland and Slovakia co-created a digital gamification platform and curriculum.

The project is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
Through an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project — Gamify Rural Youth Work (GRYW) — we continue developing and testing an improved version of Gamify, including the mobile app, global leaderboard, agenda builder, transparent scoring and more.

Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are those of the authors only and don't necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the granting authority.
Gamify originated through funded cooperation projects, but it's designed as a long-term platform. Umbrella continues to operate and develop Gamify, incorporating feedback from organizations, youth workers and participants to improve it continuously.
